  3. Domain Registration
    1. Ashewa Technology acts as a domain registrar, facilitating the registration of domain names on your behalf.
    2. By registering a domain through Ashewa Technology, you agree to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and other relevant domain name authorities.
    3. You are responsible for ensuring that the domain name you register does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including trademarks and intellectual property rights.
    4. Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the registration process has been completed.

  4. Shared Hosting
    1. Ashewa Technology provides shared hosting services for hosting websites and web applications on shared servers.
    2. You agree not to use shared hosting services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, or distributing malicious software.
    3. Ashewa Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate your shared hosting account if it is found to be in violation of these Terms or if it poses a risk to the security or performance of our servers.
    4. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your website and data. Ashewa Technology is not liable for any loss of data resulting from the use of our shared hosting services.

  5. VPS Hosting
    1. Ashewa Technology offers virtual private server (VPS) hosting services for users who require greater control and resources for their hosting needs.
    2. You are responsible for managing and securing your VPS instance, including but not limited to installing security updates and configuring firewall rules.
    3. Ashewa Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate your VPS hosting account if it is found to be engaging in any activities that violate these Terms or compromise the security or performance of our servers.

  6. Payment and Billing
    1. Payment for domain registration, shared hosting, and VPS hosting services is due upon signup and on a recurring basis according to the selected billing cycle.
    2. Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of your account.
    3. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
    4. Commissions are paid out monthly, with a minimum payout threshold of $100 or Br625.
    5. Ashewa Cloud reserves the right to review and approve all affiliate applications.
    6. Affiliates must adhere to our terms of service and ethical marketing guidelines.

  7. Modifications to Terms
    1. Ashewa Technology reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
    2. Continued use of our services after modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
    3. We reserve the right to update or modify suspension or termination policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website or without prior notice.

  8. Suspension or Termination
    1. Non-Payment: Failure to pay for services on time may result in suspension or termination of your account.
    2. Violation of Policies: Engaging in activities that violate our Acceptable Use Policy, including but not limited to spamming, hosting illegal content, or engaging in illegal activities.
    3. Security Risks: Compromising the security of our network or servers, including unauthorized access, DDoS attacks, or any activity deemed to be a security risk.
    4. Resource Overuse: Exceeding the allocated resources or causing disruption to other customers due to excessive use.
    5. Breach of Contract: Any breach of the terms of service agreement, including failure to comply with any applicable laws or regulations.

  9. Notification Procedures
    1. Initial Notification: We will make reasonable attempts to notify you via email or phone prior to suspension or termination, outlining the reasons and any actions you can take to avoid it.
    2. Immediate Suspension: In cases of severe violations, security threats, or illegal activities, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately without prior notice.

  10. Reinstatement and Termination
    1. Reinstatement Process: If your account has been suspended, you may contact our support team to discuss the issue and any steps needed to reinstate your service. This may involve resolving the issue that led to the suspension and paying any outstanding fees.
    2. Permanent Termination: In cases where violations are severe, repeated, or unresolved within a specified timeframe, your account may be permanently terminated. Upon termination, all data associated with your account may be deleted.

  11. Customer Responsibilities
    1. Data Backup: It is your responsibility to maintain regular backups of your data. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from suspension or termination.
    2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and all relevant laws and regulations to avoid suspension or termination of services.

  12. Limitation of Liability
    1. No Liability for Suspension or Termination: We are not liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred as a result of suspension or termination of services as per these terms.
